Only registered participants wearing a badge can access the Conference Sessions and the Poster area.

REGISTRATION FEES

 

Physician:
€ 350  + VAT (22%) until 30th May 2014
€ 500 + VAT  after 30th May
Company reps:
€ 350 + VAT (22%) until 30th May 2014
€ 500 + VAT  after 30th May
Student:
€ 200  + VAT  (22%)

 

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the Scientific Sessions and Satellite Symposia
  • Congress Kit, electronic badge, programme and abstract book
  • CME certificates and Attendance certificates
  • Lunches and coffee breaks at the Conference Centre

Accompanying persons/guests cannot access the Conference Areas except for the Welcome reception.

Deadline for online and group registrations is September 25th. After September 25th only on-site registrations at the Congress Venue will be accepted.
An additional fee of € 50,00 + VAT is applicable for on-site registrations.

Name change for registration is free until September 20th.
After September 20th for any name change an additional fee of € 20,00 + VAT is applicable.

Cancellations received by the Organizing Secretariat between 30th May and 30th August 2014 will be subject to a 30% penalty. No refunds will be given after 30th August 2014.
Name change is allowed at no extra cost.

GROUP REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

The online registration system does not allow for multiple registrations made by the same person.  Requests for multiple registrations should be submitted directly to SMC media. Personal address details, email address and telephone number for each registered person should be provided. In case registrants are eligible for Italian credits, they should also specify their Profession, Specialty and Fiscal Code.
Please, note that for group registrations an agency fee of 15% will be required. Group registrations enable you to pay only an advanced deposit of 30% upon confirmation and balance by October 2nd, 2014.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 20th July 2014: total refund of the accommodation fee (-­‐5% refund dues).
From 21st July 2014 to 21st August 2014: 30% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained. From 22nd August 2014 to 12th September 2014: 50% refund of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained. No refund will be possible for cancellations received after 12th September 2014.
Agency fees are non-­refundable.
