Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 20th July 2014: total refund of the accommodation fee (-‐5% refund dues). From 21st July 2014 to 21st August 2014: 30% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained. From 22nd August 2014 to 12th September 2014: 50% refund of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained.
No refund will be possible for cancellations received after 12th September 2014.
